Acting Pastor Steve Vaden
Greetings in the Lord! My name is Steve Vaden. I have been sent over into the El Paso area as a ministry worker from the San Diego Set Free.
I arrived here over a year ago with the purpose of establishing a food and provisions base for Mexico, and Lord willing, get involved in missions myself. In the process Set Free El Paso was established.
Here is a bit of my testimony. Back in the summer of 2003, through drugs and alcohol, I had managed to dig myself into a hole, and I could not get out. I, through the years, had managed to lose my wife, family, home, and finally my job. I was
despondent, but thanks be to God, I knew I had someone to turn to. I finally surrendered to the Lord Jesus Christ and allowed him control of my life. I found out about Set Free Ministries and was glad to get into it. The Lord has fully delivered me from drugs and alcohol. I have been 100% clean ever since. Now I have purpose in life, and enjoy being in full-time ministry.
